Vulval and Vaginal Cancer Management

Although rare, delay in diagnosis is often associated with poor cure rates. Social taboo, hesitation to address the issue and lack of health care access are the leading causes. Symptoms include vaginal discharge/bleeding, growth/pain/itching over the external genital region. Timely diagnosis with biopsy and scan can detect the disease in its early stages when it is still curable via simple surgery. We perform multiple procedures like vulvectomy, vaginectomy, nodal dissection, and flap repair to cure such conditions.
